
Derived from the way silk is gathered from the silkworms without breaking the thread, Silk reeling qigong, also known as Coiling Silk or Chansujin, is a standing set of simple continuous rounded movements utilising the whole body.
These are the spiralling movements found in most taiji forms and help to loosen the joints, develop relaxation, improve efficiency of movement, and generate whole body power.
