Shaolin Qigong

Shaolin qigong is the practice and mastering of energy circulation, cultivation, and awareness, combining soft and hard poses and breathing techniques. 

A conscious effort should ne made to connect with one’s surroundings and drawing energy from the elements such as the sun. It is best practiced when the air is fresh late at night or rather early in the morning.
