
Poet & Photographer, Gardener – I’ve two blogs already covering these aspects but here is where I aim to instil the practice of Qigong into my everyday life.
Although many years ago I began with Yang style Taiji, I’ve virtually ceased this practice especially since moving to a smaller abode where space is at a premium. Of course, there are parks nearby I could go to but that’s another matter.
Besides, many of the Taiji moves can be isolated and embedded into a Qigong practice. In fact Shibashi does just that and is also known as ‘Taiji Qigong in 18 Movements’.
For now I am aiming to reap some benefits from regular Qigong practice. And I’ve installed some teaching videos to aid me in this.
